In this episode Carly, Sam and Freddie get a third party invation to the playboy mansion from Gibby. But because they are only 7 years old, Spencer will not let them go. So the stupid trio hires so-called look alikes, where only Sam's is the only one that looks like her. The others look different. (Carly's has long face, Freddie's does not look like a pussy). The gang tells them to spend the night at the apartment, in case Spencer comes up. So the trio takes a cab to the playboy mansion, (Which, of course, was moved to Seattle) Unfortantly for the gang, the mansion was a set up by their prebuscent hater Nevel. Nevel, who had died in a car accident in the episode that he got a go-kart, has brought his soul back from the grave to haunt them. Knowing that Nevel is obessed with Mama Luigi, C&S&F talk him to transporingt himself to youtube poop world, where he will visited by Mama Luigi for the rest of his virtual life. Being stupid by nature, he does it and is tortured by Mama Luigi and is never able to come back out.Back at the apartment,Spencer was such a idiot that he did'nt realize that the decoy were not the trio. But after 50 pouches of juice, something happens to the look-a-likes.After the Nevel icident, over C&S want to find the real mansion so they can take their tops off and have people scream at bustless busts and so that Freddie can have a never ending boner. Unfortanuntly, it is almost 12:00 AM and they must get back to the apartment. Once back they find something horrid has happened, the decoys got pregnant!! And even worse, Spencer knows and approves it!! Carly and Sam, due to their age cannot get pregnant till age 8. And the decoys have to get back home to Urgoslavia. So slove the problem they hire teen slut Miley Cyrus to cover for them. Miley gets pregnant of course, but, the baby is Spencer's! After a long turn of events (Baby showers, cravings, mood swings etc.) S&C confess to say they were not pregnant and Freddie is not the father. Soon Spencer goes blastic and turns into a serial killer and brutuall murers Miley and artisticly bombs the gang and eventually, the whole world, and turns them into sculptures, hence ending the series.

- Spencer does not use nuclear bombs, instead he uses the bombs bought from Morshu and paints them pink.
- Miley Cyrus is portrayed as female in the episode, but is really a male.
